At some point in our careers or lives we will all unfortunately have to deal with a crisis. Even with the best planning and execution, a crisis can happen. When it does, you will have a short time span in which to react. Make sure you are prepared, and make sure you react correctly.

In a crisis, the first reaction can set the tone of what else will follow. Get the reaction wrong and you’ve probably made a bad situation worse. Handle it correctly and you can come out of it successfully.
